Kelly Minter is coming!!!!
Kelly Minter is the author of No Other Gods (the Bible study that we will be doing this fall) as well as an accomplished singer/songwriter and worship leader. I am so EXCITED that she will be joining us for our kick-off event on September 17th!!!! She will be speaking AND leading worship for us that evening. I promise that this is an event that you do not want to miss!!!! This is an event for ALL women at Cumberland regardless of if you're doing the study or not so please come and bring a friend or two or ten!!! *If you ARE doing the study, this is when you pick up your book.*
This is a FREE event the only thing that we ask is that you bring a donation for Safe Haven. This is an organization that helps women and children that are fleeing from their abusers/abusive situations. They are in need of personal care items (full size, not travel) so we would appreciate it if you would bring a donation for this organization as your admission to this event. We will have a complete list posted as soon as we get it from Safe Haven.
